Business Consulting Services Information

With the exception of one-off consulting, full consulting plans provide the terms for consulting upon processing your purchase, before you pay for the subscription.  One-off terms are provided below and in the item description to be viewed before payment is made, Payment for one-off consulting is completed after-the-fact, when the work is done and submitted for approval.

Subscription Services:  (Link:  Pricing)

1. 1. Services Included:

      Your subscription provides business consulting services described in your selected plan, including:

• • • Up to eight (8) consulting sessions of one-hour each per month if an annual plan.  (A maximum total of 96 hours per year.)
    • Up to eight (8) hours of additional consulting support per month if an annual plan.  (A maximum total of 96 hours per year.)
    • Up to eight (8) consulting sessions of one-hour each per month if a monthly plan.
    • Up to eight (8) hours of additional consulting support per month if a monthly plan.
    • Up to two (2) consulting sessions of one-hour each per week if a weekly plan.
    • Up to two (2) hours of additional consulting support per week if a weekly plan.
    • Support through Email / Telephone / Video Meetings.
    • Free access to Business Resources (Including the Business Forum), Business and Marketing Plan Templates, and/or Business Startup Planning Materials.

(Consulting may address business planning, operations, organization, and management. Services outside your selected plan require a separate agreement and your approval of additional fees.)

1. 2. Subscription Fees:

      Please compare our consulting fees to others you can find.  You will find us to be very reasonable if you do.  Our subscription costs are $599.00 per week for the weekly program, $2,199.00 per month for the monthly program, and $24,999.00 for the annual program.  Prices are as indicated, which includes any applicable taxes, payable in advance. Your first payment is due when you enroll. Subsequent payments are due on the time period anniversary of enrollment, or the last day of the month when that date does not occur.

1. 3. Automatic Renewal and Payment Authorization:

      Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each time period until canceled. By separately accepting recurring billing during enrollment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the disclosed subscription fee and applicable taxes each billing period.

(There is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid billing period.)

1. 4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time through our cancellation link on your Account/Subscription tab or by emailing admin@bizwercs.org or using the Contact form here on the site. Cancellation takes effect at the time of submission for cancellation. A cancellation received before your next renewal charge prevents that charge.

We will confirm your cancellation via email. You may continue using included services through the end of the cancellation date.

Fees for a billing period already started are nonrefundable, except where required by law or expressly provided in these terms. Billing errors and charges made after an effective cancellation will be corrected.

1. 5. Scheduling and Unused Services

Consulting sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement during 8 a.m. Through 5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A missed session or late cancellation may count toward your monthly allowance.

Unused sessions and support hours expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry forward. Sessions we cancel will be rescheduled without reducing your allowance.

Business One-Off Consulting Terms (Link: One-Off Consulting)

1. 1. Services Included

Your plan provides business consulting services described herein, including:

• • • Up to two (2) consulting sessions of one-hour each.
    • Up to two (2) hours of additional consulting support.
    • Support through Email / Telephone / Video Meetings.
    • Free access to Business Resources, Business and Marketing Plan Templates, and/or Business Startup Planning Materials.

(Consulting may address business planning, operations, marketing, organization, and management. Services outside your selected plan require a separate agreement and your approval of additional fees.)

1. 2. Subscription Fees

The plan only costs $75.00 per hour, including applicable taxes, payable upon completion.  There’s a one-half hour minimum, and a four-hour maximum on this option.  This service is often used as trial, so we guarantee your satisfaction upon completion, or you pay nothing!  And because this can be abused, we reserve the right to withdraw or refuse this service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
